Breast Health Education

BCA-CV offers workshops to teach groups of teen or adult women about breast self-examinations, what abnormalities in the breast to be aware of, and discuss the importance of mammogram screenings. We are happy to visit retirement homes, church groups, high schools, and more! We would love to meet with your group to present the details of our organization and share the free programs that we offer to breast cancer patients and survivors.

BCA-CV also has educational and awareness tools available for you to share with your students, friends, and family.

  • BCA-CV Bookmarks - The bookmarks list each of the FREE programs offered by BCA-CV along with our contact information.
  • Pink Ribbon Cards – The ribbon card list each of the FREE programs offered by BCA-CV along with our contact information. Each card also has a pink ribbon attached with a pin that can be removed and worn in honor or memory of someone or to just raise awareness.
These tools are a great to use as hand-outs at your BCA-CV fundraiser. Not only do they help raise awareness but they also inform donors that their dollars stay local to help breast cancer patients. Call (301) 791-5843, or send and email to: info@bcacv.org to request any of these hand-outs for your next fundraising event, schedule a breast health workshop, or invite us to share with you the great things BCA-CV has to offer.
