A gift honoring someone is a great way to celebrate a special person in your life while at the same time helping local breast cancer survivors. Do you know someone who has recently finished all of their treatments? How about someone who has reached a milestone as a survivor, celebrating a birthday, or a survivor you just want to support.

When you make a contribution in honor of someone you will receive a confirmation email as well as a letter by mail. If you wish to have the honoree notified, please specify in the designated area below.

Memorial Donation

A memorial gift is a great way to remember a special person while at the same time helping breast cancer survivors in your local community.

When you make a contribution in memory of someone you will receive a confirmation email as well as a letter by mail.  If you wish to have the family and/or a family member notified of your memorial donation, please specify in the tribute card area below.

Three ways to make a donation:

• Online - Simply complete and submit the form below.
• By Phone  - Call our office at 301-791-5843, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.  We will be happy to process a payment via debit/credit card with no additional fees.
• By Mail to:  BCA-CV, 12916 Conamar Drive, Suite 201, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Be sure to include the name and address of any person(s) you would like to have receive notification of your donation.

The In Honor Gift provides the opportunity to make a donation to celebrate a loved one's survivorship or a special occasion - birthday, anniversary, or wedding, or recognize the courage of a friend or relative who is fighting breast cancer. In Honor Gifts are used in support of our early detection and after diagnosis breast cancer programs. When an In Honor Gift is received, Breast Cancer Awareness -- Cumberland Valley will promptly send a personalized tribute card to the person or family indicated notifying them of your thoughtful donation, but not revealing the amount of the donation. Every gift is tax-deductible and the donor receives an acknowledgement for their donation.
